The Regency Suites is surrounded by office buildings on famous Peachtree Street and stands four blocks from Atlanta's popular High Museum's 11,000 works ranging from African to contemporary art. With a distinct "boutique" style and European feel, this 96 suite lacks the "cookie cutter" feel of most chain hotels. To prove it, the hotel staff provides guests with freshly baked cookies every afternoon. The Regency is extra convenient for businesspeople due to its central location, but leisure guests also will like it for its location close to major attractions and pro sports venues. Furthermore, an adjacent MARTA light rail station allows visitors to get to everything Atlanta, even Hartsfield International Airport, quickly, easily and cheaply. Guests also can wake up each morning to complimentary continental breakfasts. Although the Regency doesn't have a restaurant, patrons are within easy walking or driving distances from major Atlanta restaurants. Festooned with beige wallpaper and dark wood furniture, the Regency's L shaped suites come equipped with kitchenettes, microwave ovens, refrigerators and tableware. Underground parking is available at a modest nightly rate. Guests also have 24 hour access to a computer, printer, small fitness center and laundry room. Patrons are primarily businesspeople taking advantage of the hotel's central location, but leisure travelers also will like the location and suite accommodations at this unique hotel. And the fresh cookies aren't bad either. As in the words of Homer Simpson, "mmmmmmmmmmm . . . freshly baked cookies!"
